1. Who we are and what this is

tiemposingles.com (“we”, “us”) provides the website tiemposingles.com (the “Site”), a free social games website offering casino-style games for entertainment. By creating an account or using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

2. Not real-money gambling

• The Site is for entertainment only. It does not offer real-money gambling.
• You cannot deposit, pay, buy or stake real money, and you cannot win or withdraw money.
• There are no cash prizes, vouchers or other rewards of real-world value.
• Success in free games does not mean you will succeed at real-money gambling.

3. Gold Coins (virtual currency)

Gold Coins are a free virtual currency. A new account receives 100,000 Gold Coins. Gold Coins have no monetary value. They can’t be bought, sold, withdrawn, redeemed, transferred to another person, or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. We may change, reset or remove Gold Coin balances, for example to correct errors, prevent misuse or when an account is closed.

4. Who can use the Site

• You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the age of majority where you live is higher.
• You may use the Site only where it is lawful for you to do so. Registration may be refused or unavailable in some countries.
• We may ask you to confirm your age or details and may close accounts that give false information.
• The Site is not intended for anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, please tell us through the Support page.

5. Your account

You need to be logged in to a free account to open and play the games. You can register with an email address and password, or with Google. You must give accurate information and keep your login details secret. You’re responsible for activity on your account. One person may hold one account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account. You can delete your account at any time from My account, or ask us to do it.

6. Acceptable use

Please don’t: use the Site if you’re under age; create multiple or false accounts; attempt to hack, probe, overload or disrupt the Site or the games; use bots, scripts or automated tools; reverse-engineer or copy the games or Site code; send spam or unlawful content through our forms; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. The games and third-party content

The games are displayed in a frame on the Site and are loaded from tiemposingles.com. They are provided “as is”. They are random-outcome entertainment and no result is guaranteed. 8. Responsible play

9. Intellectual property

10. Availability and changes

We try to keep the Site available but don’t promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change or suspend any part of the Site. We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Site means you accept the update.

11. Liability

The Site is free and provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we aren’t liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or the games, or from loss of Gold Coins, which have no monetary value. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, or affects your statutory consumer rights.

12. Ending your use

You may stop using the Site and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we stop offering the Site.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the country in which we are established, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live.
