Who is responsible
tiemposingles.com (tiemposingles.com) is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact us via email [email protected], or our Contact page or Support page.
What we collect
| When | What |
|---|---|
| You register with email | First and last name, screen name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash), date of birth, country, your email-marketing choice, your Gold Coins balance, and account dates (created, last login). We also count failed login attempts so we can lock an account for 15 minutes after five wrong tries. |
| You register or log in with Google | Your name, verified email address and Google account ID, which our server checks with Google. You then give us the same details as above (screen name, date of birth, country). We don’t receive your Google password. |
| You use the contact or support form | Your name, email address, topic, message and, on the support form, an optional game name. |
| You ask for a password reset | Your email address. We create a single-use reset token (stored only as a hash against your email) that expires after one hour. |
| You visit the Site | A session cookie and a few items in your browser’s storage (see the Cookie Policy). Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, date and page requested, for security and troubleshooting. |
We never ask for or store payment-card or bank details, because nothing on the Site can be bought. We don’t use analytics or advertising trackers on our pages.
Why we use it
- To run your account and Gold Coins balance, and let you log in (to perform our agreement with you).
- To check you are 18+ and use the Site where it’s permitted (legal and safety reasons).
- To reply to you when you contact us or ask for a password reset.
- To keep the Site secure, such as limiting repeated login attempts and form spam (our legitimate interests).
- To email you about new games and updates, only if you opted in (your consent). You can switch this off any time in My account.
Where it’s kept and for how long
- Account details are stored on our web server as a protected file (we don’t use a separate database) until you delete your account in My account or ask us to delete it.
- Messages you send through the contact or support forms are emailed from our server, using an SMTP email service, to our support inbox. We keep them only as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up. Our server also keeps a short delivery log (date, form type, whether sending succeeded, and any technical error) but not your message text.
- Password-reset tokens are deleted when used or after they expire.
- Session data (such as your login and security tokens) is held on the server only while your session lasts.
Who we share it with
- Our email provider (the SMTP service configured for the Site), which carries the messages you send us and password-reset emails.
- Google, only if you choose “Continue with Google”. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that sign-in.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the Site’s files and data.
- Game content is loaded in a frame from tiemposingles.com and may use its own browser storage to function.
- Authorities or advisers, where the law requires it or to protect our rights.
We don’t sell your personal information.
International transfers
Our hosting, email provider and Google may process data in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer under applicable data-protection law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy of it, and withdraw consent at any time. You can delete your account yourself in My account. To use any other right, write to us via email [email protected], or our Contact page or Support page (choose “Privacy or data request” on the Support page). You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Age
The Site is for people aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you think a minor has registered, tell us and we’ll delete the account.
Security
Passwords are hashed. Account files are stored where they can’t be opened from the web, and forms use security tokens. No system is perfectly secure, so please choose a strong, unique password.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and its date.
